Incredibly effective invasive species killing ash trees but can survive within the wood for a while, and not detectable usually for 1-2 in infected tree and kills trees after 2-3 years. Has no known natural predators, extensive dieback for the trees is common, can alter the habitat, accelerate local hydrologic and sediment cycle, is a health and safety risk, aesthetic risk. At the broadest level the planet can be divided up into realms, which defy political and even continental boundaries, based on the plants and animals in each one.
