Outputs(1): -(uint8) array containing the information of the new image. Skyrim is notorious for being infested with dragons. Your job is to populate the skies of skyrim with dragons. Given an image that contains dragons on a solid colored background (the foreground image), and an image of a scenic landscape in skyrim (the background image), fill the skies with dragons by superimposing the dragons onto the landscape. You are given the rgb value of the background that is in the image of the dragons. In order to make sure the dragons seamlessly fit into the skyrim sky, you will be using a tolerance level that adds a range to the color value given.
