Public sector- government and everything tied to it. Civil society: everything else (company, charities, unions, etc. ) Constitutionalism: set of rules based on society unanimous belief. Rule of law: the laws are set in place it gives equality to people. Rules that are set, when it comes to judging a case you go to the rule of law instead of a ruler. Political continuity and stability supports long term investments. Political risk can be an opportunity of threat.
