This is a behavior modi cation type for people and animals that have a higher level of intellectual functioning in order to properly comprehend that procedure presented to them. It can be used to teach a brand new, novel behavior to an individual or a group of people. Bst is simulated through the act of modeling and role playing. All of these steps should be done sequentially, without interruption. (1) modeling. May also be symbolic, like through pictures or a video. Models with a high status or a similarity to the learner that makes them more relatable are more likely to be the most effective at teaching. The modeled behavior should be able to be repeated as often as needed. The correct imitation of modeling by someone learning should be reinforced immediately (2) instructions. Should verbally describe the behavior for the learner. Should be presented along with the modeling.
