Although, they are still considered to be in the low level group. With some research, i found that rwanda was one of only eight countries that claimed more than 5 places in the ranking. Compared to the index of south korea at 8. 84, which is the highest in the world, and the u. s. which is at 8. 17 rwanda"s index is extremely low. I was surprised when i saw the global average was 4. 94, because that means. Rwanda is much closer to the global average than to highest ranked countries.
