Treat with respect: communicate appropriately and effectively. Must interact with users and carers politely providing them with the necessary information that"s easy for them to comprehend. Practitioners must share relevant info. with colleagues when needed. Social media should be used appropriately and responsibly: work within the limits of knowledge and skills. Practitioners should only practise in the area they have the appropriate knowledge and skills for and if not, a referral to other professionals is okay.
