Security: we are a sue happy (litigious) society, we want to sue the people with more money, ex. people that fall at casinos. In-house personnel (hired by hotel: contract security, off duty or retired police officers, manager on duty, existing staff only, team concept. Types of keys: room keys, regular key can be copied, everyone who ever stayed in the room had that key at one point. One shot key room service that needs to drop off one item, one time use only. Failsafe keys door locks operate off of batteries key machine operates off of electricity. Cant access box without both keys: box key, guard key, safe deposit box procedures.
