Secretion (making a production) and absorption (movement) Location: kidney tubules; ducts and secretory portions of small glands; ovary surfaces. 4. 3c simple columnar epithelium- single layer of tail cells with round oval nuclei. (goblet cells) Location: digestive tract (stomach to rectum), gallbladder, and excretory ducts of some glands; ciliated variety lines small bronchi, uterine tubes, and some regions of the uterus.
