The task of such regimes is to secure negotiations, set standards of management, and find effective responses to challenges, including through adopting implementation strategies and funding mechanisms. Good governance: effectiveness: reaching your goal, efficiency: using the resources the most efficient way, precautionary principles: enables rapid response in the face of a possible danger to human, animals or plant health, or to protect the environment. Positive aspects of un summits and conferences: facilitate international negotiations, help increase co-operation, encourage participation, strengthen global focus, develop mutual understandings, lead to treaties and binding conventions, establish institutional of global governance.
