Individualism- a style of life in which individuals pursue their own interests and place great importance on developing rewarding life. Utilitarian individualism- a style of life that emphasizes self-reliance and personal achievement, especially in one"s work life. Expressive individualism- a style of life that emphasizes developing ones feelings and emotional satisfaction. Make sure all facts and all angles are covered. Psych students are the most surveyed students qualitative and quantitative research. On a scale 1-4 how your experience at lsu is quantitative. Then someone goes into more depth is qualitative. Separate learners (removes themselves from all things) you know nothing but looking at the best possible solution. Connective learner- have a strong opinion and you argue it as best you can. Pick one of those and you will learn the best! single case studier- the autism example. Then the person goes i know a guy who has autism and didn"t take the drug.
