Put the needs of themselves before the needs of other people (ex: older man with younger woman) No work of literature is purely original (bits and pieces of a plot are taken from different works) When in doubt, look in shakespeare or the bible for refrences. Even if the writer is not christian, there are still elements of christ figures because out culture is influences by christianity: people get angry people of pride- achilles.
