The oil industry has experienced many issues over recent years concerning safety. 1 hazards, environmental damage, high retirement rate among their engineers, and other major violations that have consequently led to a shortage of engineers and other employees. The problems in most cases originate with the company"s decisions to cut costs on safety checkups, oil drilling, and shipping. However, the companies" head executives believe their employees do not take the necessary precautions at work sites that will make the company to be at fault. These internal problems within the company will gradually progress to the point where there are many conflicts and disputes which will only hinder the company"s production value. In order to be successful in the oil industry, there has to be cooperation between the head executives and the employees to ensure a productive and safe work environment.
