Curetes (rheia"s attendants) guard zeus and make noise to drown out his crying. Rheia gives cronos a stone concealed in a blanket. Cronos swallows stone and zeus grows up in secret. Zeus fights for power: fights three major battles to secure his power: Vs. the giants: preparations for battle. Gaia drugs cronos, who barfs up his children.
