Estate planning- preparation of a plan which administrates and distributes prop after death. Make sure your desires of where you want your things to go. So no one fights over property or money. Executor-person who is named in will to represent the deceased"s wishes. Everything must be stated clearly: signed at the bottom, signed by two disinterested witnesses(people who are not names in will) contemporaneously (at same time in front of each other). Both witnesses must have capacity and voluntary: publication -some sort of statement that lets witnesses know what they"re signing. Holographic will-will that is handwritten and usu unwitnessed. Usu used by armed forces; people who didn"t anticipate dying. As long as other requirements are met they can be upheld in court. Codicil-later amendment to the will which must meet all requirements for valid will.
