Both witnesses must have capacity and voluntary: publication -some sort of statement that lets witnesses know what they"re signing. Holographic will-will that is handwritten and usu unwitnessed. Usu used by armed forces; people who didn"t anticipate dying. As long as other requirements are met they can be upheld in court. Codicil-later amendment to the will which must meet all requirements for valid will.
