Constitutional law: federal and state governments have constitutions that set forth these laws, 10th amendment reserves to the states all powers not granted to the federal government. Statutory law laws enacted by legislative bodies at any level of government: ordinances statutes passed by municipal or county governing units. Uniform law: formed by the national conference of commissioners on uniform. State laws: model statutes for the states to consider adopting, states can adopt or reject uniform laws, more than 200 uniform acts.
