Iraq wanted to attack plants and animals- biological weapon. The american type culture collection is located there (atcc) U. s army- began preparing biological weapons and maintained program- worked under secret contracts finding germs to attack organisms. Antibitoics; start to cough as if you had the flu- once it starts, antibiotics often useless. Germ bombers- deliver invisible clouds of disease to enemies. Hard to control, too imprecise- but perfect to affect wide areas. Compare the effects of tnt, gas or bio-weapons in a warhead. Describe what happened (in relation to bio-weapons) when the ussr broke up. The world was dangerous because all the broken up countries of the ussr had germ weapon facilities. Giant factories aren"t necessary anymore- can build in small plants; biological expertise becoming more common. It"s not dependable and would be small scale. No conclusive evidence- no, but have weapons ready to use. The biological weapons in the soviet union are much more advanced.
