Task signiicance- working on a task or project that has a substanial impact on others. Job characterisics module (moivaion)- what moivates us individually can also be moivaing on a team model. Goal seing theory-establish team goals (speciic, measurable, realisic, challenging) Managed level of conlict- low to moderate levels of conlict are helpful, but personal conlicts are not. Task conlict may be helpful because could get more ideas or make idea stronger. Minimized social loaing- team holds itself accountable both individually and as a team. Turning individuals into team players o o o. Rewards- encourage cooperaive eforts rather than compeiive individualized ones. Recognize individual contribuions while sill emphasizing the importance of teamwork. Extrinsic and intrinsic (proud of what you are doing/what contributed) rewards mater.
