Origins of human life: earth/dust, breath of god: our soul/ breath connects us directly to god. Purpose of human life: human nature: curiosity. God gives humans free reign: doing god"s will: humans have to take care of what he created. Adam and eve are the image of husband/wife and equals. Stories that point to deeper truths about what it means to be human and what is the point of our existence. Genesis 3 tells us the story about the reality of human failure.
