Peiioner (wearing a green sweater) was one of men in staion wagon, and police noiced a trench coat in the car; occupants arrested and car driven to staion. Cars and other modes of transportaion are diferent from homes because it is not pracical to secure a warrant to search a vehicle that could move locaions at any minute (or change jurisdicions).
