Women must meet all of the qualifications first before representation can be possible. Juridical subjects are invariably produced through certain exclusionary practices that do not come to lights once the juridical structure of politics has been established. Juridical power inevitably produces what it claims merely to represent. Political problem that feminism encounters in the assumption that the term women denotes a common identity. Gender is not always constituted coherently or consistently in different historical contexts. Gender intersects with racial, class, ethnic, sexual and regional modalities of discursively constituted identities. Cannot separate gender from the political and cultural intersection.
