People wonder why fyodor is so excited/happy about her leaving. Dostoevsky"s explanations get layered upon each other to the point where they conflict. Literally forgets that he has a son (mitya) In bk, forgetting is an extreme form of evil. Mi sov sues the clergy over trivial things to "stick it" to the church.
