Ideologists (lawyers, judges, courts) believe that the law changes in response to advancements in technology and cultural changes. The constitution is idealized because it can be referenced for public interest and states goals for the country as a general body. It does not state the rights of any speci c group of people, but applies (at least in theory) to everyone equally.
