Don"t be afraid to hire people that are smarter than you, it will make you more successful. Don"t waste time and effort on bottom 10% Don"t let 80% see you"re focusing on idiots. If you focus on top 10%, 80% will want to become them. Urban points out his top 10% players, makes them grab a bottom player.
