Low in extroversion: coolness, reserve, passivity, caution, sensitive and reflective. High in agreeableness: trusting, patient, difficulty supervising others. Low in agreeableness: cynical, uncooperative, rude, can make tough decisions. High in neuroticism: anxious, clingy, survival advantages. Trait theories: the big five theory today. Job performance, parenting style, psychological disorders, cognition, happiness, academics.
