Historical: forced sterilization of women (poor, women of color and mentally disabled) Recently: drugs- to children to control them, people in mental institutions, nursing homes. Poor: government, criminal justice system: give them just a little bit of money but it does not get them out of poverty. Criminals or anyone with a record: jail, jobs: treated different than people with clean records and can not get jobs.
