Some negative reinforcement (time out/ loss of privileges) Targeting natural behavior law: treat the behavior, not the disorder. Instead of focusing on the label, look at the individual and examine what they are and are not able to do individualistic method: hundreds of studies confirming its validity gold standard, discrete trial. Used for children with autism of younger ages (pre-adolescence) Goal- to build skills, especially for independence.
