Clinically significant distress or impairment to self or others. Compulsory, produce sexual dysfunction, or require participation of nonconsenting persons. The only difference between these disorders is the focus or target of sexual arousal. Being highly sexually aroused by nonliving objects. Any object can be the target of a fetish, but most common fetishes are women"s underwear, shoes, or products made of leather/rubber. Typically masturbate while holding, rubbing, or smelling object. May be unable to be sexually aroused w/o presence of object. Cross-dressing for the purpose of sexual arousal.
