Gad: excessive anxiety and worry that occurs more days than not for at least 6 months, must have 3 or more of the following disorders, restlessness, easily fatigued, difficulty concentrating, irritability, muscle tension, sleep disturbances. Individual experienced or witnessed a traumatic event: recollections, dreams, relive thoughts, feelings, and physical responses. Specific phobias: excessive or unreasonable fear of a specific object or situation. Panic attack: episodes of panic with a sudden onset but short duration (less than 10 minutes, accompanied by a sense of imminent danger or doom and an urge to escape. Panic disorder: frequent panic attacks, anticipation and worry about having a panic attack.
