Because of no right of survivorship, when someone dies they can leave it to whomever they wish. Deed- a legal document that is signed and delivered, especially one regarding the ownership of property or legal rights. Restrictive covenant- condo association-specified rules associated will living there. Denial of equal protection when owners will not sell to jew, hispanics or blacks etc. Easement- a right to cross or otherwise use someone else"s land for a specified purpose. Allows to cross property for a drive way. Lien-a security interest in your house, new property.
