How to obtain real property: joint tenancy and tenancy in common. Each own 100% of the house and have right of survivorship. Has to be acquired at the same time and together. Because of no right of survivorship, when someone dies they can leave it to whomever they wish. Deed- a legal document that is signed and delivered, especially one regarding the ownership of property or legal rights. Restrictive covenant- condo association-specified rules associated will living there. Denial of equal protection when owners will not sell to jew, hispanics or blacks etc. Easement- a right to cross or otherwise use someone else"s land for a specified purpose. Allows to cross property for a drive way. Lien-a security interest in your house, new property.
