Being able to regulate who is allowed in and who is not Frat parties: who is/isn"t being let in. Can see out/but others can"t see it. Ex: one way mirror public convergence settings. You can engage in anything you want within a gated park, you are far enough for the cops not to really see inside the park when driving fast. Can share info, get high, protected from outside interference; ex: abandoned buildings.
