Internals better are planning and working long-term goals. Internals have higher income and more financial knowledge and more educated. Locus of control and work behavior internals show greater satisfaction w their pay, promotions, co-workers, etc than externals internals showed greater job commitment, productivity, career success, etc. Locus of control and physical and psychological health. Better physical and mental health of internals. Internals more likely to wear seatbelts, quit smoking, etc.
