But we should not be so biased that we cannot see from others point of view. Good self-management skills allow someone to be more in control and manage our impulses. The ability to control disruptive impulses or moods. It"s like an inner conversation- frees us from being prisoners of our emotions. Marshmello experiment- this study involves 4-5 years old kid. Social awareness- this trait refers to reading people and group accurately. We can sense this through body language and voice. Social awareness is how we can sense other peoples behavior and act accordingly. Relationship management- this involves inducing desirable response in others.
