Document Summary

The rutgers-newark writing across the curriculum program is pleased to continue our series of workshops this semester for students enrolled in writing intensive courses. The workshops will be led by john aveni and will focus on the basics of critical reading, writing, and research. Students do not need to register for these workshops. Please arrive promptly at the beginning of the session to ensure access to a computer and to minimize disruption of a session in progress. Individual tutoring is also available for students in writing intensive classes; students may register for tutoring during workshops or at any time by emailing the writing center (nwc@andromeda. edu), telephoning (973-353-5847), or stopping by in person (126 conklin hall). A successful semester in a writing intensive class starts with understanding the quality and quantity of writing expected of the student.
