Good: repair or regeneration of injured maternal tissue. Fetal stem cells that survive in maternal blood and tissue is able to be used decades after delivery. Value of fetal stem cell: may be a natural means of repairing injury. Cloning: copying dna from one cell would not yield identical replica of cloned individual. Nervous + endocrine system initiate, coordinate, regulate reproduction. Neuron directly innervates target tissue, releases neurotransmitters.
