Archenteron forms from endoderm cells; mesenchyme cells at ip produce ilopodia (thin extensions), extend toward opposite blastocoel wall. Archenteron fuses with blastocoel wall digesive tube formed, has mouth and anus. End result- gastrula, 3 germ layers, covered in cilia- facilitates feeding, movement: gastrulaion in frogs (ig.
