Police speak to any of the 15 who are willing to speak with them, many of them back up his alibi. They engage in sexual activity and the boy claims it was consensual, woman claims it was not, there was pressure and coercion from the male and she did not want to participate and made it clear to the male. Police investigate and speak to both of them, and both of them are cooperative, both of them are willing to speak to police without attorneys present, both having very detailed recollections, but stories were different. It"s hard to tell from observing them who is lying. Based on those facts, the male is charged with sexual assault and arrested. His attorney asks the judge to throw it out, claiming it is a case of he say/she say. Judge will not throw out case, it is a case of. !1 credibility and facts need to be determined what happened in that room.
