Andrew vogel and greg bufford introduction to music. Woody guthrie- this land is your land: it is a patriotic song sung by an ensemble. It sounds a little boring, it"s not happy but not sad either. It is saying how this land is everyone"s not matter which state we live in and we are always united. I like the message of the song and how it is trying to rebuild the unity among all of us. Pete seeger- if i had a hammer: this song is very old. Paul and peter are background singers who are also playing guitar in this song. Mary has a very strong voice and she sings the song with a lot of passion. Bob dylan- blowing in the wind: this song talks about the nature. I don"t think the message is depressing at all but it just how this music sounds.
