It is the place where all conversations about what was going on took place. If there was a problem this is where everyone met. We are here to discuss the issues of the day. Institutions forming into groups to solve an issue/fight for a common interest. Politics the fight to determine who wins what. Government it is not at the top of the chart because power flows from the people to the government not the other way around the power that the govt has is limited by the people. The govt has power and authority not rights rights are inalienable. Whatever the govt does we allow them to or stop them from doing it.
