Document Summary

In the state of nature everything is equal insofar as to say no man has more or less rights then another. Everyone is the same species, and all are human and therefore must be treated as such. This equality extends to protection from one another and certain rights. You should not have any more protections then another and are free to dispose of your own possessions and or him. No laws can apply to just one group of people without applying to all of them. This is because there is a higher being that created us, aka god, and are his servants. God willed us into being and it is up to him whether or not we cease to exist. Everyone has the same abilities and capabilities and therefore no one is ranked above another. This language seems to be pointing towards a libertarian view of law. for the body.
