Hallmark of monotheism devotion to a single god. Yahweh does not live in the processes of nature, he controls them . According to one critic, yahweh was no the first of his kind. Yahweh was not the only god generally when tribes fought, the winner would make the other tribe worship their god (or the winner would force them to trade with them)
