Document Summary
Review questions and clicker response files are up to date. Very similar in organization to others of that period. Has a lot of nuclei inside it is a way station. A lot of cranial nerves that exit there have their nuclei in the pons. This is the dorsal part of this area. There are extremely deep folds in this area. When you cross section it, you will see the folds. This is the oldest part of the cerebellum: this is for balance and regulating eye movement. 2nd functional part: the spino cerebellum (the middle part of the unrolled cerebellum) It has half of neurons in the brain. 40x more axons are going into the cerebellum than out. Means that there is a lot of information coming in versus the information going out. Computational center for checking things and making sure things are going right.
