Living wage work helps males age out of crime b/t ages 17-22 b/c: Evidence bms less access to living wage work than wms: blks = 2x as likely to live in cities as whites; ex. Deindustrialized cities: blks have long had 1- to 2x unemployment rates of whites; feb. 2018. B/c blacks have more risk factors for crime, the race gap in crime is extremely misleading.
