Ethnic neighborhoods: neighborhoods that are mostly made up of people from one or two ethnic groups: can form on the basis of ainity and chain migraion, also by discriminaion. Redlining: drawling lines on a map to idenify areas where agents don"t provide loan money or services. Blockbusing: real estate agents convinced white homeowners living near a black area to sell their houses at low prices, preying on their fears that black families would soon move into the neighborhood and cause property values to decline.
