If schedule changes, priorities don"t so readjust properly. Check back with team if on same page. New information can change priorities so be prepared: smooth sailing = work ideally done early to meet deadlines, priority 1 must be clearly defined and distinguished from the other priorities. Schedules: things change so jotting out schedules to the exact second is not really good due to inaccurate predictions, especially if you draft it early on, good estimates only come from credible designs and requirements. Describe the goals and observed behavior patterns among your potential users and customers. Mentals models of data and processes is critical to design a system they can understand and use.
