Reasonable accommodations: (adaag) americans with disabilities act. Rehabilitation act of 1973: helped define disability. Reasonable accommodations: comparable sight lines, dispersed seating path of travel, ramps, rails, and listening devices. Legally need 1% of seats to be handicap accessibility. 416 deaths last year due to ada regulations not being met. Cleveland, ohio highest population under poverty level with disability. 18% of people in south carolina have a disability. Tabernacle: no handicap accessible entrance, no easy use of bathroom. Tabernacle has 2600 seats, should have 26 handicap seats, only had 9, nick. Disability seats are not just wheelchair accessible seats.
