Graphic images, no context -> reproduces harm/violence. 1970"s abortion right movement focused on the most privileged women"s experiences; did not look at uneven histories of birth control. Women of color are seen as too focused on anti-racism, or are seen as not informed enough . Some women have never has a right to mother (no entitlement to the cult of domesticity, kept from reproducing the nation) other women have never has a right from mothering (pressure to reproduce the nation) Case law is about making a convincing arguement, and supporting it with precedent. Women"s right to privacy between her and her doctor, about what to do about pregnancy, until viability of fetus (viability is the compromise, you can have an abortion up to a point)
