The uml deployment model is a diagram that structures out the relationship between the software and hardware components in a system and the processing of the system. The diagram shows the arrangement of the nodes that is within the system. Within the nodes, it shows the artifacts or components of each of the system. The nodes represent the hardware devices, for example, computers, printers, routers, cellphones, etc. The relationships are linked to each of the nodes that are related to each other. For example, for each computer, it is connected to the wireless router for internet service. According to the uml deployment model, it allows the user to understand which hardware or software is connecting with another item. The group would be able to understand what items are being used and needed for the project. The node represents the hardware or software of the system.
