Rules of the game if you"re american, chinese or how the game is played: different set of rules for the different setting, depends on your opponent. Mom: traditional, says that americans are lazy, only because she feels that chinese are immigrants and that they have to work harder, demanding, of the daughter. Respect: when her son received the chess set, she says that she is not deserving, but tells her son to throw it out after they left, because it was missing pieces. But the sons did not throw it out: learn on your own, got to learn the rules and got to find out for yourself how life is. Learn from trial and error, experience: don"t show that you have strength, use it when necessary, hence invisible strength.
