Keep and bear- keep it in your house and bear means keeping arms in your pockets. Dc- most restrictive second amendment in the country. Mr. heller was arguing that second amendment should allow him to have arms because it violated the constitution. Heller talks about the reason the second amendment exists to defence yourself. He also said judges don"t ha(cid:448)e to like (cid:449)hat the (cid:272)o(cid:374)stitutio(cid:374) said (cid:271)ut si(cid:373)ply ha(cid:448)e to go with it. The second amendment applies to states as well. The second amendment goes back to long before there was america. Mcdonald said that this is the basic right of the people in the us. There is a vast gap, the government cannot absolutely prohibit your right to own a gun.
