"questions/observations. : after reading through mark, one aspect that puzzled me is why they wanted to kill jesus, with the plot beginning during mark 14. Jesus was always a noble man, always generous and helped others. I fail to understand this part of mark: one observation that i found interesting was in mark 9 when jesus heals the boy through prayer, relieving the boy from the evil spirit. I can also relate this to my own religious background to the hindu bhagavad gita: another observation i made in this reading was the teaching about divorce. I found this to be really interesting as in today"s modern time, divorce is very common in marriage.
